можно делать в самой кастрюле , но тогда подом придется перекладывать и он весь переболтается , поэтому я делаю в стеклян. баночках или в стаканчиках можно, кто как размер подбирает. режим зависит от модели мультиварки - у меня есть именно режим "йогурт" .если у вас такого режима нет - вам нужно почитать сайты "мультиварка".ru и "хлебопечка" .ru там много информации
